Bill R. Sanford is Founder and Chair of Timilon Corporation.

He is a seasoned executive, innovator, serial entrepreneur, business leader, consultant, investor, and board member with extensive new venture, merger and acquisition, turnaround, market development, growth management, debt and equity financing, and public company experience. His business career has focused on the development and commercialization of biosciences products and services, clinical information systems, nanotechnology, and other science and technology-based innovations. He has been a founder, investor, director, and advisor of numerous early and growth-stage companies and holds several patents related to advanced technology and medical devices. Mr. Sanford is Executive Founder and retired Chair, President, and CEO of STERIS Corporation. In addition to his extensive for-profit private company director experience, he has served as  Chair of Integer Holdings Corporation,  director of KeyCorp, director and trustee of Cleveland Clinic, trustee of Case Western Reserve University and Kansas State University Foundation, and director of AdvaMed. He is a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE).

Brian is the President & CEO of Timilon Corporation.

Brian is a successful, seasoned executive who has spent more than 25 years working within several types of businesses, including large corporate, early and growth stage, and private equity groups. His experience in building a startup up to #1 market share in its industry and running a business unit within a private equity-owned strategic provides him with a unique perspective and the skills for strategic planning, market development, multi-channel sales, and operational excellence in a rapid growth environment. Brian holds a BS degree in Marketing/Finance from Miami University of Ohio, and a MBA, Marketing from Ohio State University.

George Negron is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Timilon Corporation.

He has overall responsibilities for the Customer-focused marketing, sales, and Customer support operations. George joined Timilon in 2014 and has advanced through a number of leadership positions. He has been a significant leader and contributor to the Company’s short and long-term strategic planning, business development, and domestic and international market expansion successes. His expertise in air quality and decontamination products, services, and applications is highly recognized and regarded in the industry. George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Management and an MBA in International Business and Marketing.

Kyle Knappenberger is Vice President of Technology Commercialization and Support at Timilon Corporation.

He has overall responsibilities for technical services and support, including internal and external training, new product application development, and laboratory services at the Company’s Topeka, Kansas Technology Center. Kyle received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Microbiology from Kansas State University in 2000.  For over two decades, Kyle has focused on the development and use of safe, high-surface-area metal oxide technology for chemical and biological decontamination, odor control, and toxic chemical neutralization applications.  He joined Timilon in 2013 when the Company acquired the technology behind FAST-ACT, OdorKlenz®, and EnviroKlenz® from the university incubator company where he previously held a variety of leadership positions.  He has been the lead inventor in several patented key Customer-focused application development programs related to indoor air quality and chemical mitigation.

James Pecenka is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations for Timilon Corporation.

Jim is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of experience spanning the energy, retail, biotechnology, and chemical technology industries.  He has extensive experience as a cross-functional leader with a focus on developing effective processes and controls and providing exceptional analytical, planning, accounting, and advisory support to high-growth and developing businesses. Jim has a BS in Finance from The University of South Florida and an MBA in Accounting from Purdue University.

Eric Steward is Vice President of Production and Distribution at Timilon Corporation.

He has overall responsibilities for materials production, assembly and packaging, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and facilities management at the Company’s Topeka, Kansas location. Eric joined Timilon in 2013 when the Company acquired the intellectual property rights and know-how associated with its proprietary and patented nanocrystalline metal oxide technology. Eric was directly involved with the successful manufacturing process development and scale-up. He is a talented and reliable Customer-focused production professional with expertise in bulk chemical production, packaging assembly, quality assurance, and equipment.

Robin Klumpp is the Director of Associate and Partner Relations for Timilon Corporation.

Robin Klumpp has extensive work experience spanning several companies. Robin started her career as a Regional Recruiter at Anthropologie & BHLDN in 2008 and worked there until 2017. Following that, she joined InSign, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist from 2018 to 2019 and then returned to URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, & Free People) as an HR Business Partner from 2019 to 2021. Robin Klumpp holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Villanova University. Additionally, Robin has earned a certification in SHRM CP from SHRM.
